About
Growing up surrounded by the beauty of Central Arkansas, we developed an early appreciation for the wonders of the natural world. Whether it was climbing trees, exploring creeks, or gazing at the stars, these experiences shaped my understanding of the value of curiosity, exploration, and connection with the environment. Over time, we realized that these formative experiences werenāt just cherished memoriesāthey were foundational lessons that instilled resilience, creativity, and a deep respect for the earth.

As a parent and educator, We've witnessed how traditional classrooms can sometimes stifle these values. We dreamed of a learning environment that would nurture the whole childāa place where students could explore, wonder, and grow in harmony with nature while receiving a strong academic foundation.

Evergreen Academy was born from this dream: to create a school that merges the wonders of nature with a gentle and personalized academic program. We envisioned a place where children could learn by doingādigging in the soil, observing wildlife, building shelters, and working collaboratively on real-world projects.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to inspire a deep love and respect for the natural world in every student, while equipping them with the tools they need to succeed academically and socially. By integrating sustainability, exploration, and community into everything we do, Evergreen Academy is not just a schoolāitās a way of life.

At Evergreen Academy, we are committed to inspiring a deep love and respect for the natural world in our students. Through immersive, nature-based education, we aim to cultivate curious, engaged learners who possess the skills and knowledge to become stewards of the earth. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment in which children are empowered to explore, discover, and connect with the natural world, leading to a lifelong appreciation for its wonders and a commitment to preserving it for future generations.
